Larry was raised in a union family, with his father a member of Laborers’ Local 210 and other family members belonging to UAW and AFL-CIO. That upbringing gave him a deep-rooted belief in standing up for working people — a value that has driven every aspect of how he built Disparti Law Group.

He founded the firm on a simple but powerful principle: everyone deserves exceptional legal representation, regardless of economic circumstances. That philosophy has guided the firm’s growth from a solo practice to one of the most recognized injury and disability firms in the nation.
